The Chocolate

We use Barry Callebaut Belgian chocolate. It is couverture luxury Belgian chocolate and has a high concentration of cocoa butter. It tastes fantastic and people often comment on how great the taste is.

It is available in a number of different flavours and colours :

Fair Trade Chocolate
Caramel (flavoured) Chocolate
Lemon (flavoured & coloured) Chocolate
Orange(flavoured & coloured) Chocolate

Kosher - (dairy free) Chocolate
Chocolate suitable for Diabetics

Some of these options will cost a little extra.
